Ordered a set of 4 tires 2 weeks before vacation.
3 Tires showed up 3 days later on Saturday.
Called that Monday. "we'll look into it"
Called Tuesday. "we'll take care of it"
No shipping info on Thursday, so called, twice, lengthy conversations. Let the customer service person when I needed the tire. I was told, "it's shipping out"
No shipping info on Friday, called in morning, lengthy conversation, was emailed a 0 balance sales order. Order was wrong, called back. Called and emailed late Friday, finally received shipping info, was told it would update after 7pm. It did not.
Called Monday morning and magically nobody is answering phones at 10 am. Left a message and emailed. Got a call back from someone higher up and was told it was shipping Monday evening. This would get me the tire a day late ( i was leaving Wednesday) by my calculations, so I asked if it could be expedited. She (the "fixer") stated that it would take longer that way. Based on that ridiculous statement, I gave up on her and accepted my fate. The tire arrived after I left for vacation. No real harm, save for the time and stress wasted on many phone calls and the worry of driving in the mountains with one old tire. I survived, no blowouts. I may buy from Trailer Parts Outlet in the future, but the lesson is, if there is an issue, you better start screaming and yelling or moving up the chain right away if you are in a hurry.
One star, will probably try again, but only because I'm cheap.
