I made an order on 4/07/25. Item(s) shipped timely. Got shipping confirmations (5 items) from Fed-Ex stating 4/10-4/11 delivery on 4/08. 1 spring came on time the other the next day. Something else another day. The last 2 springs had not shown up after a week. I called trailer parts outlet about this. The customer service rep confirmed that shipment was still in GA. I could see that myself thru Fed-Ex app. The rep then asked, as if it wasn’t her responsibility, if I wanted them to contact shipper. I responded yes. I don’t know if that happened because I never received a response back. Third spring showed up 2 days later. After the second week I contacted Fed-Ex and was told that the Trailer Parts Outlet needed to call and make a claim. After 2nd call to TPO the spring was re-shipped and arrived a couple days later.
I know this was a Fed-Ex issue, but the first call to TPO should have remedied it. I was forced to rent a trailer for 2weeks vs. 3days if parts had showed up on time. I know Fed-Ex sends delivery receipts and delay notices to shipper. I should not have had to call Fed-Ex myself. $159.05 in shipping costs
