Ram sleeve lock couplers feature a cast coupler head that is distinguished form other manufactures.
Its symmetric, straight with two corners, and flat top shape allows for a self adjusting coupler head which makes coupling and uncouple easier.
Comes with a durable black powder coat finish.
All cast head couplers include all SAE required markings and are compliant to standard J684.

Some good, and some not as good.
Overall I'm happy about my purchase. The Trailer Parts Outlet was helpful and pleasant to work with. I had to call to track my shipment and they were helpful. The coupler is good quality however the back end was not correctly sized / grinded. It looked like maybe they didn't grind it down flat as part of it stuck out a couple cm's too far and would not fit into the adjustable hitch on the tongue side. So I had to drive out to a machine shop to grind it down / flatten it for me. It cost me $25 and a rack of spare ribs. It was actually only $25 but since they were so nice to do it for me, I brought them a rack of ribs since I was already smoking 3 racks that day. The good thing is I found a great machine shop to work with. If anyone needs machine work, parts made, etc - call Bates Machine and Mfg in Farmersville Texas. Great people there.
