    error by shipping department

    received 2 RH trailer lights, and not the RH and LH trailer lights as ordered. required many contacts and 2 weeks to finally get the correct items shipped. call center was polite however, this issue should not have taken as long and three phone calls and one email. call center also said they would ship the items quickly, however, they dropped the ball and required additional contacts to resolve.
