I ordered a 6k kit x2 for my trailer that included the brake, hubs, inner and out bearings, caps, grease etc... everything arrived in a decent time frame but a few pieces were damaged in shipping. The main pieces were the inner seals. I reached out to customer service they asked to send some pics of the damage items so I did and I never got a response. I ended up re-ordering the damaged parts from another place and then new kits for my other trailer kits that were needed.

This is the second time I bought a set of 4 brake assemblies to replace my old ones. Delivery as great. Everything was there on the first order. This order the grease came a day later. There were no bolts for the backplate but they sent the nuts. I had to source bolts. Also the first set I bought was made in USA. This set was made in China. Not to happy about that. But this is great company and very responsive about inquiries. A very well put together package but for a couple previously mentioned items. I will buy from them again. Hopefully the brakes etc will be made in the USA. Thank You Trailer Parts Outlet !
