    Parts return my fault

    The hub came exactly as described when I started to install it I realized that the bearings were different sizes than the ones I had. I called customer support and after talking with a customer service representative, I found that they didn’t carry the hub that I needed. The representative was extremely nice. Sent me a return shipping label and said my money would be refunded minus shipping. Great customer service and no hassle return. I will do business with them in the future as the need arises.

    Local stores is not worth it unless you have to to buy

    Local stores will charge you double for the same product when you just can wait a few days to your order to your door step and and receive the same product from trailer outlet for a much cheaper price.
