          Ordered this axle 18 months ago…it came with spring seats welded… this one they came separate..I now see the little note saying that seats have to be welded..Guy on the phone should have told me.200$ to get them put on…unhappy

          Good afternoon Mr. Kelley,
          I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Upon looking at your order, I see that you ordered a drop axle with no spring seats. There was an option of a spring seat modification that could have been done. Our drop axles do not come with spring seats already welded on them. I am unsure of where the $200 come in, but we do not charge that amount for a modification. Again I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

          New Axle

          Perfect, only bad thing is I was charged $188 for freight and I bought an axle from someplace else and it was free shipping and the axle cost me only $260 compared to 380+ the 188 got over $600 so I did better buying from the other axle company other than that the axle is great

          First time is the Last

          Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this company. Sent wrong axle the first time ( 8 inches to long) . Recieved replacement with damaged packaging with missing grease cap and an open bearing exposed to the dirt . I understand fed ex sucks but maybe more secure packaging would prevent this issue. My only real issue is they just choose not to respond to email on 2 different occasions. Horrible is what the whole thing was .
