          Lightly damaged

          Packaging was insufficient for protection and was delivered damaged from shipping. The end caps were dented, and some of the threads were lightly damaged. So i had to chase the threads to straighten them out. The reason I give 4 stars is that it was delivered with extra caps, just wasn't fun replacing them and repacking the grease. I recieved contact soon after I made the initial claim so customer service good. I would suggest re-evaluating packaging of future orders

          Overall good impressions.

          the axle was custom distance between the springs and face plates. it fit perfectly.

          The U-bolts were the correct length for their springs and axle. We had to re-use the old springs. The U bolts were too short. I had another new pair that we used to clamp the springs and axles together.
